Required Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.  2+ years of experience in backend or technical support roles in eCommerce  Should be comfortable working with Excel  Familiarity with Postman and SQL querying  Understanding of B2B eCommerce workflows and ERP integrations.  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
