We, at Jet2 (UK s largest airlines and the second largest tour operator), have set up a state-of-the-art Technology and Innovation Centre in Pune, India. We are rapidly growing and are looking for a Web/App Digital Analyst to join our Digital Analytics team at Pune to help us achieve our vision of Continual Optimisation and Innovation across all Digital functions to deliver Sales Volume, ROI & Engagement at Speed. Reporting to Lead-Digital Analyst, the Digital Analyst role sits within the Digital Analytics Team and will be responsible for automating and driving efficiencies across all Web Analytics outputs, as well as ensuring the accurate tracking of all digital touchpoints, working across our successful brands, spotting opportunities to improve insight and efficiencies through our digital infrastructure. Deep understanding of web analytics domain and underlying processes, metrics and KPIs. As Digital Analyst, work across multiple brands, to improve data quality, insight, efficiency and revenue through the digital infrastructure. Collaborate effectively with a number of internal as well as externak teams. This role is spread across multiple roles, from capture tracking specifications to create Generate meaningful reports to aid business take decisions to improve the user conversions, provide analytics sign offs to support release deadlines. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. We are looking for someone with extensive experience (3+ years) in a Digital Analytics role (client/agency side), having used Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager (or equivalent) for a large brand. Google Big Query experience, Reporting and insights generation and a working knowledge of SQL is must for this role. Min. 4-5 years of experience in working in Google Analytics/Adobe analytics, firebase analytics. Good understanding of how Digital analytics setup. Knowledge of various applications used in App analytics, Airship, Appsflyer, etc Execution exeperience A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user experience. Experience in writing medium to complex big queries, experience in SQL, generate reporting and insights. Working experience in creating data-driven reports in looker studio, powerBI, Tableau dashboards Must be good at collaboration between cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Strong verbal and written communication, skilfully manage internal and external stakeholders.
