Job Description

Role Overview:

Digital Advertising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management

    : Oversee the execution and optimization of display and programmatic campaigns across DSPs, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Campaign Quality Assurance

    : Ensure campaigns meet high-quality standards through constant monitoring and quality checks, proactively resolving any issues.
  • Ad Operations

    : Implement and manage programmatic buys, ensuring effective integration with rich media vendors, RTB (Real-Time Bidding), and other ad networks.
  • Reporting & Analysis

    : Use advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IFERROR, Pivot Tables) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Google Ads Optimization

    : Utilize Google Ads Editor for campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Collaboration

    : Work with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance improvement.
  • Continuous Learning

    : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, programmatic media buying, and display networks.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience

    : Minimum 4+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Ad Operations, or Programmatic Media Buying.
  • Technical Skills

    :
    • Strong understanding of DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and the Display Advertising Ecosystem.
    • Hands-on experience with

      Google Ads

      ,

      Google Ads Editor

      , and

      Social Marketing

      platforms.
    • Proficiency in

      Microsoft Excel

      (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IFERROR, etc.).
    • Knowledge of

      RTB

      and

      Programmatic Media Buying

      .
  • Ad Ops Experience

    : At least 2+ years of Ad Operations experience.
  • Problem Solving

    : Excellent troubleshooting and campaign optimization skills.
  • Communication

    : Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various teams and clients.
  • Detail-Oriented

    : Strong focus on quality assurance and attention to detail in campaign management.
