Job Description

As a Digital Adoption Executive at WalkMe-Quantaco, with a CTC of 10-15 LPA and a minimum experience of 3 years, your primary role will be to drive seamless digital adoption for proprietary technologies like Sales line, Cash up, Star Comply, and CTB & Co. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, testing, and optimizing in-platform guidance features such as Smart Walk-Through's, Launchers, and Tooltips to enhance user experiences and streamline workflows. Your expertise in WalkMe will be crucial in customizing and deploying solutions to address user challenges effectively. Collaborating with Product & Customer Success teams, you will incorporate enhancements based on product updates and customer feedback. By analyzing usage data and feedback, you will identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the tools evolve to meet user needs. Your focus will be on crafting impactful solutions, allowing you to specialize in building and refining digital adoption strategies. Through this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing customer experience, improving implementation processes, and maximizing the impact of proprietary products. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy WalkMe experiences like smart walk-through's, launchers, and insights dashboards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align WalkMe solutions with business objectives. - Stay informed about product changes that may impact WalkMe usage and participate in product UAT. - Conduct usability testing and iterative design processes to optimize user engagement. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within WalkMe solutions. - Monitor and report on the performance of WalkMe tools using analytics for continuous improvement. - Stay updated on WalkMe best practices and new features to propose solutions. Skills, Knowledge, & Experience: - Proven experience in developing and implementing WalkMe solutions, HTML or CSS experience is beneficial. - Certifications in WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms are highly desirable. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and user onboarding strategies.
