Digital Account Manager

As a Digital Account Manager at our Pune location, you will report to the Senior Content Strategist/Creative Lead. With 1-4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital media, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, project planning, execution, and successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to provide timely updates on campaign advancements, documenting comprehensive briefs, and effectively communicating them to internal teams. You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of client projects to ensure the achievement of established goals and KPIs. Additionally, you will lead cross-selling and upscaling efforts, oversee strategic media buying and planning, and optimize media investments for effective campaign execution and maximum ROI. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in basic SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and familiarity with analytics tools. You should demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, resolve conflicts effectively, and make sound decisions. Good skills in building and maintaining client relationships, managing expectations, and retaining clients are essential. You should also be able to contribute to the development and implementation of basic strategic plans, drive innovation, and achieve initial business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to adjust to changing needs are crucial for success in this role.
