Digital Account Manager

As a Digital Strategist at our company, you will be responsible for managing communities, generating engagement, and leads. You will challenge conventional wisdom to make a difference in the world. Your role will involve owning the overall digital initiatives across our portfolio of businesses, focusing on community, influencer, and reputation management from strategy development to implementation and analysis. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic planning and support for social media marketing programs, collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure consistent branding across all social media outlets, developing engaging social experiences with cross-functional teams, and creating programs that utilize earned, owned, and paid media. You will leverage social media analytics to optimize campaigns, manage vendor relationships for social reach and conversion, stay updated on industry trends, educate the team on new social media tactics, and document social media workflows and guidelines. Additionally, you will manage social media deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
