Diamond Grader

· Performing of initial examination and testing of various gems and jewelry jobs submitted for grading and or checking.

· Follow the pre-determined grading methodology and procedures for locating, identifying, and documenting characteristics, treatments, and other features present in gems & jewels.

· Verify or determine various measurements and proportions according to laboratory procedures.

· Participates in the laboratory's Quality Management System through initiating corrective and preventative actions as appropriate, instrument calibration & maintenance, and thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory quality.

· Mentor and train junior graders by providing hands-on guidance in diamond grading techniques, quality assessment, and certification standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluations.

.Assign parameter grades according to the laboratory's procedures in accordance with the International Diamond Grading System

Pay: ₹18,000.50 - ₹50,000.46 per month
