Position: Dialysis Technician
Location: Malar Hospital, Hosur
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years (Freshers with relevant training can also apply)
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Dialysis Technology or relevant certification from a recognized institute

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare dialysis equipment and ensure proper sterilization before use.

· Assess and record patients’ vital signs before, during, and after treatment.

· Operate and monitor dialysis machines throughout the procedure.

· Maintain accurate treatment records and patient files.

· Assist in patient care during emergencies and coordinate with nursing staff.

· Educate patients on dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and care plans.

· Follow all hospital protocols and infection control measures.

· Report any equipment malfunctions or patient concerns to the in-charge promptly.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and safety protocols

· Good communication and patient-handling skills

· Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

· Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
