DIALYSIS INCHARGE

The Dialysis Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of a dialysis facility, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. This role oversees clinical operations, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and financial management while promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations, including infection control and patient safety standards
• Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff
• Develop and manage staff schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor quality assurance, performance improvement, and clinical outcomes
• Oversee equipment maintenance, supplies, and inventory management
• Collaborate with nephrologists, nurses, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Address patient concerns and support patient satisfaction initiatives
• Experience in dialysis or nephrology services
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of dialysis regulations, policies, and best practices

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Renal Dialysis Technology
• Diploma in Dialysis Technology
• B.Sc in Nursing / GNM
