Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Execution:
Lead electrical infrastructure development for the greenfield project from conception to commissioning.
Commissioning & Installation:
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, transformers, substations, and power distribution.
Design & Engineering:
Collaborate with consultants and contractors for electrical design, layouts, and specifications.
Power Management:
Ensure optimal power utilization, load management, and energy efficiency.
Automation & Control Systems:
Implement SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems for seamless plant operations.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental norms for electrical systems.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
Evaluate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement and execution.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
20+ years in electrical project management, commissioning, and operations in copper, cement, or allied industries.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Project Expertise:
Proven track record in handling
greenfield projects
and large-scale industrial setups.
Regulatory Compliance:
Familiarity with
IE rules, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards
