Job Description: You will be responsible for leading the P&L for RU categories with a focus on bottom line enhancement strategies, cost optimization, and achieving revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Devising innovative user growth strategies aligned with the category's vision and business goals to increase its presence both on and off the app. - Collaborating with management to share ideas for improving funnel conversion, providing feedback, and presenting results. - Identifying demand levers by deeply understanding Rent transacting consumer behavior and developing offerings accordingly. - Defining user acquisition and retention strategies. - Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets, and analyzing competitors' activities. - Demonstrating expertise in marketing and consumer behavior, deploying successful marketing campaigns, and taking charge of their implementation, tracking, and analytics. - Creating and implementing a robust performance marketing strategy and execution plan to enhance awareness and drive conversions. - Measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing campaigns, evaluating ROI and KPIs to track effectiveness over time. Your competencies will include: - P&L Ownership - Category Management - Offline, CLM Marketing & Performance Marketing - GTM Strategy - Product Strategy - Advanced MS-Office, MS-Excel skills The ideal candidate must have: - Experience in building categories from the nascent stage is a plus. - Strong stakeholder management skills. - MBA from a Tier 1 Business school preferred. - High degree of ownership in driving tasks to completion. - Data-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to multitask and address diverse requirements. - Excellent communication skills and adept at handling complex negotiations.
