Role Overview: As a Factory Finance Manager, your role involves overseeing the financial operations of the factory, ensuring accurate budgeting, financial analysis, compliance, and leadership in the finance department. Key Responsibilities: - Developing comprehensive factory budgets, including fixed and variable expenses, as well as capital expenses - Establishing fixed and variable overhead rates and preparing SBU-level budgets - Formulating the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-range financial plans - Generating detailed MIS reports covering various aspects such as sales, revenue recognition, budget vs. actual analysis, and product-level contribution - Conducting in-depth financial analysis by product, customer, region, and factory to track performance and compare with established norms - Leading the factory finance team in executing key financial operations, overseeing budget preparation, MIS reporting, and product costing - Ensuring compliance with indirect taxation (GST) requirements and coordinating cost audits Qualifications Required: - Education: M Com/CA Inter with MBA Finance - Experience: 15+ years in finance, accounts, and audit - Expertise in budget preparation, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and cost analysis - Proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills - Ability to organize, synthesize, and visualize data for actionable insights Please note that this is a full-time position based in Dera Bassi, Punjab, requiring in-person work.
