Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Deputy General Manager Engineer at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless procurement of materials and services.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with project management tools and software is desirable.
