As a Deputy General Manager - Design in an Interior Designing industry with 8+ years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Leading and managing design output for commercial and hospitality interiors. - Collaborating with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations. - Acting as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication. - Supervising and mentoring design teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs. - Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. - Driving cross-department coordination to maintain alignment on design, cost, and execution. - Providing leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L understanding. - Taking ownership of client satisfaction and issue resolution throughout project execution. Your required skills and qualifications for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design. - Proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality. - Strong communication and presentation skills with clients. - Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution. - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation. - Ability to lead teams with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership. - Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.,
