Key Responsibilities: Lead sales strategy and execution for banquet and off-site catering business. Achieve revenue targets through corporate, wedding, and social event sales. Identify and develop new business opportunities and key client relationships. Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Develop pricing strategies and customized packages based on client needs and market trends. Drive client acquisition through B2B and B2C sales channels. Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to optimize performance. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
