DGM - Accounts Receivable and Billing

As an experienced Finance professional, you will be responsible for leading Accounts Receivable and Billing operations for multiple real estate projects. Your role will involve overseeing leasing, billing, and AR operations, collaborating with various teams such as Leasing, Legal, Taxation, and Operations, and liaising with senior leadership including the CFO and Executive Director. Additionally, you will manage the sharing of financial data with external stakeholders, coordinate with auditors for audits and due diligence, and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in AR and billing processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing leasing, billing, and AR operations for all projects. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Leasing, Legal, Taxation, and Operations. - Liaising confidently with senior leadership and external stakeholders. - Coordinating with auditors for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Due Diligence. - Implementing improvements in AR and billing processes. - Preparing MIS reports related to receivables, collections, billing, and cash flow trends. - Addressing and resolving client billing queries professionally. - Leading and mentoring a finance team of 20+ members. - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong expertise in AR operations and real estate billing cycles. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in SAP-REFX and MS Excel (mandatory). - Experience in team leadership (managing 15-20+ team members). - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Process-driven and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.,
