Company Description

Dhaksha Unmanned Systems Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of drones for Defence, Agriculture, and Enterprise applications. Our advanced defence drones include Swarm Drones, Kamikaze Drones, Delivery Drones, and Fixed-Wing VTOLs. In agriculture, we use hybrid petrol engine-based drones for spraying pesticides and liquid fertilizers. Dhaksha specializes in long-range, high-endurance surveillance for enterprise applications.

Role Description

The DGCA certified Remote Pilot Instructor will be responsible for training aspiring drone pilots, conducting theoretical and practical lessons, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kurnool. The instructor will also be involved in course development, student evaluations, and maintaining training records. The position requires a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest regulations and advancements in drone technology.

Qualifications

Excellent instructional and communication skills
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
Ability to work on-site in pan india
Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field is preferred
DGCA certification as a Remote Pilot Instructor
