DevOps Support Engineer - L1

As a DevOps (L1) Support Engineer at our Navi Mumbai onsite location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated DevOps strategies and pipelines. Your responsibilities will include gathering technical requirements from stakeholders, standardizing and migrating code version control systems, and collaborating with development and operations teams to enhance CI/CD practices. Additionally, you will provide first-level support for DevOps tools and environments while documenting technical procedures and support guides. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, with at least 1 year in cloud or DevOps support. You should possess a basic understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, version control, and scripting, along with familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues methodically, are essential for success.
