DevOps Support Engineer - L1

As a DevOps (L1) Support Engineer located in Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for various key tasks: - Gather technical requirements by conducting interactive workshops with stakeholders. - Support the creation and maintenance of automated DevOps strategies and pipelines. - Assist in standardizing and migrating code version control systems, such as Git. - Evaluate current DevOps processes to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance CI/CD practices. - Offer first-level support for DevOps tools and environments. - Create technical procedures and support guides to streamline processes. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support roles, with at least 1 year in cloud or DevOps support. - Basic understanding of DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD, version control, and scripting. - Familiarity with cloud technologies, with a preference for AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Strong communication and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in structured troubleshooting and issue resolution.
