Job Description

Role:Dev Ops Specialist

Experience

8-10 years

Responsibilities

Work directly with the DevOps team and Senior DevOps manager to test system integrity

Create software deployment strategies that are essential for the successful deployment of software in the work environment.

Identify and implement data storage methods like clustering to improve the performance of the team

Experience in building and deploying Build Chains with CI/CD Pipelines for Dev, Pre-Prod or playground, and Production environments.

stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. They conduct research, tests, and execute new techniques which could be reused and applied to the software development project

design, build, and optimize automation systems that help to execute business web and data infrastructure platforms.

Provision the deployment infrastructure and create various config for automated deployment, including knowledge of pushing the Mobile Apps to respective application stores.

Monitoring infrastructure and Alerts tracking software configuration experience.

Experience with Jenkins and Build systems on Linux and Windows

Handle code deployments in all environments.

Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations

Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery

Consult with peers for feedback during testing stages

Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards

Document and design various processes; update existing processes

Improve infrastructure development and application development

Follow all best practices and procedures as established by the company

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in CS, engineering, software engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations field

Experience with Linux infrastructures, database SQL (MS SQL), CI/CD tools, scripting such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby, .NET, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies

essential to have sound knowledge of cloud infrastructure. AWS has a high number of in-built web services

Should possess knowledge of fundamental Unix/Linux, monitoring, editing, and command-based tools is essential.

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
