Job Description DevOps Lead (C2H, Onsite Gurgaon)
Location: Gurgaon, India (Onsite) Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to drive our DevOps strategy and manage mission-critical production environments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Azure cloud , CI/CD , containerization , IaC , and microservices, along with proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure (500+ servers ). Key Responsibilities Define, implement, and oversee DevOps roadmap, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Manage and optimize large-scale, high-availability infrastructure (500+ servers). Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/ARM templates. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and 24/7 uptime. Collaborate with architects and developers on microservices deployment and cloud-native apps. Lead DevSecOps practices, integrating security into CI/CD and infrastructure. Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Azure Monitor. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across teams. Required Skills 8+ years of DevOps experience with leadership exposure. Strong expertise in Azure (preferred); AWS/GCP is a plus. CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices deployment. IaC: Terraform, ARM templates. Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell. Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk, App Insights. Security: IAM, RBAC, SIEM, IDS/IPS, compliance (ISO, SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR).

Mandatory field: The ideal candidate should have experience not only in product support, but also in managing large-scale infrastructure  specifically someone who has handled 500+ servers.
Preferred Qualifications Azure Certifications: AZ-400, AZ-305, AZ-104. Exposure to SRE practices, service mesh, and serverless architecture. Why Join Us?
