DevOps Intern

As a candidate for the position, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various key responsibilities that will contribute to the smooth operation and optimization of the system. You will assist in the Configuration and Management of CI/CD Pipelines by automating build, test, and deployment workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Additionally, you will be involved in monitoring and optimizing system performance by setting up monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to track system performance effectively. Another crucial aspect of your role will be working on Cloud Infrastructure, where you will gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will assist in provisioning, scaling, and securing cloud resources to ensure optimal operation. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations teams, and network engineers, to optimize and maintain a robust and secure environment. Your responsibilities will also include networking tasks, where you will support the DevOps and Network teams by configuring and troubleshooting network-related issues such as VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls. You will also be involved in automation by writing and maintaining scripts for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Bash/Python scripts. Troubleshooting issues related to infrastructure, networking, deployments, or performance to ensure minimal downtime will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should currently be pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, experience with Linux-based systems, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP are essential qualifications. Additionally, scripting and automation skills, basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, familiarity with version control systems like Git, and strong problem-solving skills are required.
