Job Description

We are looking for an experienced devops head to lead our devops, techops, and secops functions at our Pune location. This permanent leadership role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills to build and manage secure, scalable, and future-ready infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the devops roadmap, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring continuous integration, deployment, and operational excellence across cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
You will implement CI/CD pipelines, drive automation, and manage containerized environments using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. The role also demands expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and deep knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance and security best practices. As a key member of the tech leadership team, youll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure business continuity.Candidates should bring over 10 years of experience in devops or infrastructure leadership, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ideally have experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
