DevOps Engineer with Developer Experience (Python / GoLang)

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps solutions and development tools to ensure high-availability, secure, and reliable systems. Your expertise in Python and/or GoLang, along with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, container orchestration, monitoring, and automation will be instrumental in your success. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure, whether on-premise or in the cloud. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD. - Write infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies. - Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, etc. - Automate repetitive tasks and enhance development workflows through Python or GoLang scripting. - Collaborate with development teams to enhance developer experience, tooling, and build/deployment strategies. - Implement containerization using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, etc). - Ensure adherence to security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines, including Secrets Management, IAM, and Vulnerability Scanning. - Take ownership of cloud resources (AWS/GCP/Azure) to optimize for performance and cost-efficiency. - Troubleshoot production issues, ensuring system uptime and reliability. On-call duties may be required. - Contribute to DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers. Required Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering. - Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or GoLang are a must. - Deep expertise in CI/CD tools and pipeline design. - Proficiency in Cloud Platforms, with AWS being preferred, but experience with GCP or Azure is also valuable. - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc. - Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and system architecture. - Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). - Proficient with Monitoring and Observability tools. - Sound knowledge of DevSecOps and best practices in secure DevOps workflows.,
