Job Description

Direct Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain distributed systems using Kafka and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
Ensure high availability and scalability of microservices architecture.
Containerize Applications: Work with development teams to containerize applications using Docker and ensure smooth deployment.
Ensure Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for security in containerized environments and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Contributing Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and define technical project scope and assumptions for
assigned tasks.
Create business and/or technical designs for new systems, and/or modifications to
existing systems.

Technical &

Experience:

Proven experience with Kubernetes (including cluster setup, management, and troubleshooting).
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and their Kubernetes services.
Experience in data streaming - Kafka, stream analytics, Kubernetes

Skill set -

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Expert in data streaming - Kafka, stream analytics, Kubernetes
Kubernetes: Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and components.
Docker: Ability to create and manage Docker images and containers.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
