About the role

Keep our systems fast, secure, and reliable. You automate everything, hate manual toil, and ship with confidence.

What you’ll do

Build & maintain
CI/CD
(GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins)
Manage
Docker/Kubernetes
, Helm, and runtime configs
Infra as Code with
Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep
Set up observability
(logs, metrics, traces, alerts)
Own
incident response
, SLOs/error budgets, postmortems
Harden security (IAM, secrets, patching) and optimize costs

What you’ll need (by level)

Fresher / Junior (0–2 yrs):
Linux, Git, basics of networks/HTTP, scripting (Bash/Python), containers, cloud fundamentals.
Mid (3–6 yrs):
Prod-grade K8s, CI/CD pipelines, IaC modules, monitoring stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK), blue/green & canary deploys, troubleshooting.
Senior / Lead (7–12+ yrs):
Platform/SRE architecture, multi-region HA/DR, security & compliance, capacity planning, FinOps, mentoring, stakeholder comms.

Nice to have

Service mesh, ArgoCD/Flux, Nginx/Envoy, Vault, Kafka, Postgres/Redis ops, chaos testing, on-call leadership.

Location

Remote/Hybrid/On-site across India (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Jaipur, etc.).
