Job Title : DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

• Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and streamline development processes,
• Automation: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Monitoring & Logging: Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Security: Ensure the security of the cloud infrastructure by implementing best practices and compliance standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide support for cloud infrastructure issues and participate in on-call rotation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure and processes.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
• Proven experience with AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLabCI, ADO, CodePipeline).
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).

Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or similar.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog and CloudWatch
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Documenting and training others on various non-automated tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
• Experience with other cloud providers like GCP or Azure.
• Network and Security experience, including certifications and SSO.
• Knowledge of database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Previous Jenkins experience.
• Previous Terragrunt experience.
• Previous cloud migration experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
