Job Description

This is where you and your skills come in. Were currently looking for:

A Container Operations Engineer, you will be part of a skilled global team responsible for deploying, supporting, and maintaining RingCentrals containerization platforms. Your work will directly impact the stability, scalability, and reliability of the systems powering mission-critical services.

Responsibilities:

Deploy, support, and maintain the companys Kubernetes clusters (on-premises and AWS EKS)
Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues
Participate in an on-call rotation covering services in India and U.S. regions
Drive continuous improvements in platform stability, performance, and automation

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Linux systems administration
Understandingof networking fundamentals
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, and scripting(Python or similar)
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration principles
Familiaritywith 24/7 production support environments, change management, and operational best practices
Experiencewith AWS cloud platforms is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
