DevOps Engineer (Flink + MongoDB)

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who has strong hands-on skills with Apache Flink, MongoDB, and Kubernetes.

You will work closely with Product Engineering and Data Engineering teams to build and operate real-time data platforms that support high-scale applications and modern AI features.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a support role. You will own automation, reliability, platform performance, and deployment pipelines across our streaming and data systems.

What You Will Do

• Manage and scale 

  Apache Flink

   clusters for real-time data processing
• Operate and optimize 

  MongoDB

   clusters (replication, sharding, tuning)
• Deploy and manage data workloads on 

  Kubernetes

   using StatefulSets and Helm
• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines for streaming and data applications
• Use 

  Terraform

   to set up and manage cloud infrastructure
• Set up monitoring and dashboards using 

  Prometheus and Grafana

• Troubleshoot performance issues across data pipelines and clusters
• Improve deployment speed and reliability using automation and best practices
• Work with Product, Data, and AI teams to support new features and modernization

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with 

  Apache Flink

   in production
• MongoDB cluster operations: 

  sharding, replication, backups, tuning

• Kubernetes (StatefulSets, Helm, Operators)
• CI/CD experience for data/streaming applications
• Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Observability tools: 

  Prometheus + Grafana

• Good understanding of distributed systems, containers, and Linux

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms
• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps
• Experience with data modernization or ETL streaming migrations
• Experience with real-time AI/ML pipelines
