Devops Engineer (Azure and GCP)

Purpose:

The DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in the Cloud Engineering team at Adani, focusing on Azure and GCP

platforms. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in Cloud engineering, with expertise in azure,

gcp, Jenkins, Terraform, automation, best practices, cost optimizations, Kubernetes, and Databricks. They will be

responsible for driving the implementation of DevOps best practices, ensuring seamless automation, and

optimizing costs while working with cutting-edge technologies.

Experience:

5-8 years of experience in Cloud engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Azure and GCP platforms

Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for automated provisioning

Drive automation and best practices for efficient and reliable deployments

Optimize costs by monitoring resource utilization and implementing cost-effective solutions

Manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration

Collaborate with teams to implement and manage Databricks for data engineering workflows

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Certification Required:

Azure or GCP certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Google Professional Cloud

DevOps Engineer)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Azure and GCP services

Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD

Hands-on expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code

Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration

Familiarity with Databricks for data engineering

Non-Negotiable Skills:

Strong experience in Azure and GCP cloud platforms

Hands-on knowledge of Terraform and Jenkins

Expertise in Kubernetes and cost optimization strategies
