Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience 8+ years as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or a similar role focused on automation and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
Extensive experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, or GCP) and a deep understanding of their core services.
Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
Demonstrable experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code Terraform.
Solid understanding and experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g.,Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS,TCP/IP, HTTP, Load Balancing, Firewalls) and security principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to various audiences.

Good To Have:

Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
Experience with specific configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet).
Knowledge of serverless architectures (e.g.,Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions).
Experience with database administration (SQL and NoSQL databases).
Familiarity with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles and practices.
