We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Level 2 Operations Support) to join the EXLData.ai Operations team. This role serves as the technical backbone for ensuring platform stability and reliability across our Kubernetes-based microservices ecosystem. You will handle complex incident resolutions, performance tuning, and service interdependency analysis while driving automation and reliability initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong operational awareness with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Python, and observability tools.
Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, and containerized environments.
Strong proficiency in Python and scripting for automation and system operations.
Understanding of FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures.
Knowledge of cloud networking, secrets/config management, and CI/CD automation.
Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and log-based troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
