DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer at Agileblaze Technologies Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for designing Cloud-based architectures with High Availability and No Single point of failure. You should have a BE/B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or relevant work experience in-lieu of the degree, along with 3-7 years of experience in DevOps Engineering. Your responsibilities will include working with AWS services such as EC2, Auto Scaling, RDS, S3, IAM, Route53, ELB, Elastic Beanstalk, OpsWorks, and CloudFront. You will also be utilizing configuration and management tools like Chef, Ansible, and Puppet, as well as deployment tools like Capistrano. Furthermore, you will configure web servers like Apache, Nginx, and application stacks like LAMP, ROR, and apache-tomcat. Your role will involve maintaining and enhancing cloud management and monitoring tools, with proficiency in Bash and scripting languages such as python, ruby, or perl. Additionally, you will work with databases like MySQL, Postgres, and MongoDB, along with monitoring tools like Nagios and Zabbix. Your responsibilities will also include configuring SCM tools like SVN/GIT for deployment of code to production, documenting and driving best practices across the team, and supporting all facets of operations. You should have a strong understanding of AWS services and the ability to configure instances, RDS with Multi-AZ and Read Replicas, S3 with Glacier integration, ELBs, Auto-Scaling, Route53, and more. If you have experience with Configuration Management Tools like Chef, Ansible, Puppet, or proficiency in scripting with Ruby, Perl, or Python, it would be considered a plus. Additionally, any experience with other cloud providers, CCNA certification, Redhat certification, AWS certification, or performance tuning of databases and servers will be beneficial.
