DevOps & DR TWG Lead

As a seasoned DevOps & DR Technology Working Group Lead, your primary role will involve establishing, activating, and operating the DevOps & Disaster Recovery (DR) Working Group. Your responsibilities will include driving the adoption of standardized DevOps practices and implementing robust disaster recovery strategies across the organization. This will require strategic thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable and reliable systems aligned with business goals. - Activation of the Working Group: - Develop the charter, goals, and operational framework for the DevOps & DR Working Group. - Identify and onboard key members from multiple business units. - Design and manage the initial roadmap for DevOps and DR initiatives. - DevOps Leadership: - Define and implement CI/CD pipeline standards across all business units. - Promote automation tools and DevOps best practices for consistent software delivery. - Standardize tools and workflows to streamline operations. - Disaster Recovery Planning: - Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) policies, strategies, and procedures. - Define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) for critical systems. - Conduct regular DR drills and simulations to validate readiness and compliance. - Collaboration and Alignment: - Coordinate with other technology working groups (Cybersecurity, Development, etc.) to ensure alignment. - Work with various business units to adapt DevOps and DR solutions to their unique requirements. - Act as the liaison to the Technology Steering Committee (SteerCo) for updates and decisions. - Management and Reporting: - Monitor and guide the working group's progress to ensure timely achievement of objectives. ### Skills & Technologies: - CI/CD pipeline implementation and governance - Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes - Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible - Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP - Monitoring & Logging Tools: Prometheus, Grafana - Disaster Recovery Strategy: DR drills, backup solutions, RTO/RPO planning - High-availability systems and failover mechanisms - Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration - Agile and Lean methodology familiarity ### Experience: - 6 to 10 years in DevOps, disaster recovery, or related fields - 3 to 5 years managing DevOps/DR teams or projects - Experience working with distributed teams or global operations ### Qualifications: - Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field ### Certifications (Preferred): - AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps Certification If you are interested in this role and possess the required skills and qualifications, you can submit your updated resume to: Email: ta@mindsuite.in Mail Subject: DevOps & DR TWG Lead Please include your Current CTC and Notice Period.,
