Job Description

Define DevSecOps and Cloud-native platform engineering offerings (GitOps, Platform as a Product, SRE-as-a-service).
Create standardized CI/CD reference pipelines and IaC frameworks.
Lead maturity assessments and roadmap planning for cloud-native transformations.
Partner with customers to solve release automation, reliability, and cost challenges.
Drive creation of reusable playbooks, automation templates, and cloud migration blueprints.
Coach DevOps engineers and enable competency building through labs and internal guilds.

Skills & Tools:

Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, AWS/GCP/Azure, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, ArgoCD, SRE principles

Qualifications:

A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
Strong planning and organizational skills
