Key Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and implement

  secure, automated CI/CD pipelines

  for multiple environments.
• Establish

  approval workflows

  and ensure seamless deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize

  cloud infrastructure

  across major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP — primarily AWS & Azure).
• Utilize

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  for scalable, reliable, and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure project success.
  
• Implement

  best practices

  in cloud security, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain reliability and performance.
• Define and implement the

  DevOps roadmap

  , aligning with business goals and industry standards.

• Lead and mentor

  Junior DevOps Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of

  Git workflows

  and version control best practices.
• Proven expertise in

  DevSecOps methodologies

  , with hands-on experience in successful implementations.
• Experience building and managing

  monitoring, logging, and alerting

  systems using tools such as

  CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack

  .
• Strong experience with

  containerization (Docker)

  and

  orchestration (Kubernetes)

  , including multi-cluster and hybrid deployments.
• Hands-on experience with

  SAST, DAST, container scanning, software composition analysis, IaC scanning

  , and related tools.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Terraform, Ansible

  , and other IaC/configuration management tools.
• Strong scripting and programming skills in

  Bash, Python, or Go

  .
• Understanding of various

  deployment methodologies

  (blue-green, rolling, canary, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  Agile and Scrum methodologies

  .
• Expertise in deploying and managing

  IaaS and PaaS

  components on cloud platforms.
