Device Specialist

As a Technical Execution & Operations expert, your role involves managing and optimizing SCCM processes, including patching, software deployment, and device monitoring. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Intune environments, overseeing device provisioning, and leading application rollouts for Microsoft Office & Windows. Strengthening vulnerability management practices across client devices is also a key part of your responsibilities. Your tasks will include maintaining technical documentation, sharing knowledge through internal training sessions, and collaborating with the team to establish global device standards. Additionally, you will work with external partners to set up mobile device standards and support device configuration while ensuring best-practice operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in SCCM and Intune administration - Strong understanding of device management, patching strategies, boundary groups, and monitoring - Experience with Autopilot, M365 security features (DLP, AIP, Compliance Center) - Familiarity with asset management and mobile device platforms In terms of soft skills, you should possess: - Personal responsibility & reliability - Initiative and perseverance - Customer orientation - Conceptual skills - Decision-making ability - Cooperation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Your work style should be hands-on and execution-focused, with a structured and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
