Job Description

As a dedicated Identity and Access Management professional, you will be responsible for managing the on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ installation, including updating, customizing, and developing the system. You will play a key role in coordinating and developing the User Life Cycle process and aligning with the business to define and implement business roles. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating access requests with other IT teams and handling incidents and troubleshooting efficiently. In addition, you will be involved in evaluating process improvements in workflow and implementing best practices to enhance the overall Identity and Access Management framework. Your role will also require you to support the evaluation of a future Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution within the organization and implement and operate PAM solutions effectively. Managing the lifecycle of privileged accounts and further developing and rolling out the PAM system will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and auditing access rights to detect and prevent unauthorized access will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong soft skills such as customer orientation, conflict resolution, problem-solving abilities, motivation, intercultural skills, reliability, delegation, stress resistance, holistic thinking, decision-making, empathy, and effective communication tailored to different target groups. Your professional expertise should include a minimum of 3 years of work experience in SailPoint IIQ operations and development, along with 5 years of overall IT experience. Possessing a SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer Certification or similar skills is essential, as well as hands-on experience with privileged access management tools. A deep understanding of IAM concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC), is required for this role. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and have a solid grasp of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to identity and access management. Experience in implementing solutions in user provisioning, Role-Based Access Control, Identity Governance/Entitlement review and certification, and Privileged Access Management is a must. Moreover, you should have knowledge and a good understanding of git and Apache Tomcat, along with Java coding skills to effectively contribute to the development and maintenance of the IAM systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the security and efficiency of the organization's Identity and Access Management processes.,
