Key Responsibilities Monitor, detect, and analyze security incidents across IT systems and applications Lead and coordinate incident response processes including containment, eradication, and recovery Conduct detailed documentation of incidents, including root cause analysis, mitigation steps, and lessons learned Manage recertifications for tools such as Web Proxies and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) platforms Support the identification and remediation of IAM issues and exceptions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and response consistency Required Skills & Experience At least 1 year of experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools (3 years preferred) Solid understanding of incident management and security operations practices Familiarity with IAM technologies including: SailPoint IIQ OpenID Connect OAuth CyberArk Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in French or Dutch Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-disciplinary team
