Developor or QA in Bengali Language

### Key Responsibilities

* Communicate effectively with Bengali-speaking clients to understand requirements and provide updates.

* Depending on profile:

* MERN Developer: Assist in building and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.

* QA Engineer: Write and execute test cases, identify bugs, and ensure product quality.

* Fresher:Learn and contribute to assigned tasks in development, testing, or support.

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results.

* Maintain clear documentation of tasks, issues, and progress.

### **Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for fresher role).

* **Fluency in Bengali (mandatory)**, along with good English/Hindi communication skills.

* For Developer role: Basic knowledge/experience in MERN stack.

* For QA role: Understanding of software testing concepts (manual/automation).

* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

* Team player with attention to detail.
