We are looking for a skilled Digital Twin Developer (47 years experience) to design, build, and deploy real-time digital twins of factory environments, robots, and equipment. The role involves implementing simulation workflows using NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and ROS 2 integration for data-driven and interactive virtual environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build high-fidelity digital twins using NVIDIA Omniverse, USD Composer, and Isaac Sim.

- Configure and optimize USD scene graphs for real-time visualization and simulation.

- Develop custom extensions for Omniverse Kit / Isaac Sim using Python.

- Implement ROS 2 Bridge with Isaac Sim for real-time data exchange with external robotic or control systems.

- Integrate sensor telemetry, actuator states, PLC / OPC-UA / MQTT data streams into simulation environments.

- Validate robot kinematics, motion planning, and digital twin accuracy using real data.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 4-7 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse ecosystem:

- Omniverse Isaac Sim

- Omniverse Kit (custom extensions)

- USD Composer / Omniverse Create

- Connectors / USD workflows

- Experience using NVIDIA SDKs and tools for simulation, rendering, robotics, or visual computing.

- Solid understanding of USD (Universal Scene Description) and other 3D model formats (e.g., USD, GLB/GLTF).

- Practical experience developing Python scripts and toolchains for automation, extension, or simulation behavior.

- Strong grasp of Digital Twin concepts, system modeling, and virtual representation of physical assets.

- Practical experience configuring Isaac Sim ROS 2 Bridge for real-time robotic data flow.

- Solid understanding of ROS 2 (nodes, topics, services, TF, URDF).

- Problem-solving mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
