Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. New Model Development:

Lead the
concept-to-launch development
of new LED lighting products.
Prepare detailed
product requirement specifications (PRS)
based on market feedback, competitor analysis, and regulatory standards.
Develop
technical drawings and design documents
in collaboration with the design/engineering team.
Evaluate and select appropriate
LED etc.
for performance and cost optimization.

2. Project Planning & Coordination:

Create
project timelines, development milestones
, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with the sourcing team to identify and qualify
new vendors and components
for development.
Work closely with
production, tooling, and mechanical design teams
to ensure manufacturability and smooth transition from prototype to production.

Preferred candidate profile

Automobile industry (preferred) or manufactured company.
Over 3 years experience.
Korean speaking is additional advantage.
