The primary objective of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs intended for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client locations, ensuring that they meet all quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities 1. Understanding product/software requirements and designing solutions based on thorough analysis of information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Conducting a detailed investigation into problem areas throughout the software development life cycle. 2. Coding and developing software/modules while ensuring optimal functionality. Evaluating operational feasibility, creating and automating software validation processes, and modifying software to enhance performance and compatibility. 3. Engaging in consistent status reporting and maintaining a customer-centric approach towards project execution. Capturing client requirements effectively, seeking regular feedback for timely delivery, and participating in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices. Deliverables 1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software: Achieving 100% error-free onboarding and implementation, adherence to release plans, and maximizing throughput. 2. Quality & Customer Satisfaction: Timely delivery, effective management of software, troubleshooting queries, enhancing customer experience, and completion of relevant certifications for skill enhancement. 3. MIS & Reporting: Ensuring 100% on-time generation of management information systems and reports.
