Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Ionic + Capacitor
Develop reusable UI components and ensure smooth integration between web and native layers in hybrid apps
Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend services (Azure, AWS, or Firebase)
Implement and optimize Capacitor plugins or build custom native plugins when necessary
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and adherence to Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)
Manage app packaging, signing, and App Store deployment workflows
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for automated builds and deployments
Debug and optimize hybrid app performance, bridging gaps between JavaScript and native code
Conduct code reviews, write unit/UI tests, and maintain high code quality
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
3-5+ years of experience in mobile app development, including: Native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode) Hybrid frameworks (Ionic, Capacitor, or Cordova) Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar scalable design patterns
Strong understanding of mobile lifecycle management, memory optimization, and asynchronous programming (async/await, Combine)
Familiarity with Core Data, Push Notifications, and App Store Connect
Proficiency with mobile security best practices, including data encryption and secure API integration
Strong knowledge of responsive design, adaptive layouts, and cross-platform performance optimization
