Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the requirements and design of the product/software - Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes - Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle - Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues - Identify ideas to enhance system performance and availability - Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible designs - Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to investigate software requirements - Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development - Evaluate analysis, requirements, and proposed software for operational feasibility - Develop and automate processes for software validation - Modify software to fix errors, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces - Recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications - Prepare reports on programming project specifications and activities - Ensure error-free code and conduct thorough testing - Compile comprehensive documentation and reports as needed - Coordinate with the team on project status and progress - Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, and quality risk - Report project status to project managers - Capture client requirements and feedback for quality work - Participate in continuing education and training - Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces - Develop detailed documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams - Ensure quality interaction with customers through emails, calls, and business etiquette - Respond timely to customer requests and address complaints effectively Qualification Required: - Experience: 3-5 years Additional Company Details: Wipro is building a modern end-to-end digital transformation partner with ambitious goals.
