Developer - Dotnet

Role Overview: You will collaboratively work with business analysts, quality control testers, scrum masters, product owners, subject matter experts, and other relevant roles to deliver minimum viable products or services. Your responsibilities will include preparing standards-based high-level, detailed technical designs, resolving complex technical issues escalated from support teams, conducting root cause analysis, debugging code, developing and deploying scripts, patches, or updates, collaborating with support and development teams, and documenting troubleshooting procedures. Additionally, you are expected to implement solutions to automate support handling using AI tools and other technologies. You will actively participate in product backlog grooming, Scrum events, Kanban events, product backlog item elaboration, coding, building, unit testing, deployment, and release/support of epics, products, or features with the assigned team. Continuous learning and innovation in new technologies are also key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various teams to deliver minimum viable products or services - Prepare high-level, detailed technical designs in collaboration with the team - Resolve complex technical issues escalated from support teams - Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions - Debug code, develop and deploy scripts, patches, or updates - Collaborate with support and development teams as well as vendors to resolve complex issues - Document troubleshooting procedures and technical information for knowledge base - Implement solutions for automating support handling using AI tools and technologies - Participate actively in product backlog grooming, Scrum, and Kanban events - Engage in continuous learning and innovation in new technologies Qualifications Required: - Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields - At least 3 years of experience in a senior developer role - At least 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven experience in web-based applications, RESTful web services, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, XML, Stylesheets, ReactJS - Experience in SharePoint and developing SPFx applications - Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Web APIs utilizing .NET Core and C# - Familiarity with relational databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, etc. - Preferably experience with Azure DevOps, Generative AI agents, Azure Cloud Services, CI/CD, YAML - Proficiency in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban - Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps will be a plus - Experience working in a team with five or more members - Ability to relate to large information-based organizations and senior executives from various cultures - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English About RCG Global Services: At Myridius, formerly known as RCG Global Services, we specialize in transforming the way businesses operate by offering tailored solutions in AI, data analytics, digital engineering, and cloud innovation.
