Role Overview: As a Software Developer at Wipro Limited, your role involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client ends. You will ensure that the software meets 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the requirements and design of the product/software - Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes - Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle - Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and problem statements - Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability - Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible designs - Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to investigate software requirements - Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development - Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, requirements, and proposed software - Develop and automate processes for software validation by designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases - Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces - Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status - Ensure all codes are raised as per defined norms with clear descriptions and replication patterns - Compile timely and accurate documentation and reports as requested - Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress - Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, tracing results to quality risks Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Strong experience in software development and coding - Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Continuous learning and willingness to adapt to new technologies *Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted for brevity.*,
