Developer 1 - Workfront

Role Overview: As a Developer 1 at Workfront located in India, you will be responsible for various tasks related to project management, problem-solving, technical aptitude, communication, attention to detail, and continuous learning mindset. Key Responsibilities: - 1-3 years of working experience in project management concepts, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and propose logical solutions. Comfortable working with data and workflows. - Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), exposure to APIs or integrations is a plus. - Effective communication skills to articulate ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and good written and verbal English communication. - Attention to detail in handling configurations, forms, and workflows. - Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving processes. - Experience with any SaaS or Enterprise Software tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, ServiceNow, or Salesforce. Preferred Skills: - Experience with reporting or dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel pivot tables. - Basic scripting or automation knowledge with exposure to scripting (JavaScript, Python) or automation tools like Zapier, Integromat, etc. - Understanding of Marketing or Creative Operations domain knowledge. - Experience in client-facing roles for gathering requirements, managing expectations, and delivering solutions. - Certifications or courses in project management, workflow automation, or SaaS platforms.
