Dev Ops Developer / SRE

As a Support Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for supporting a set of applications from production and QA standpoint. Your primary tasks will include automating process flows, ensuring the availability and performance of applications according to set SLOs, and supporting application deployment activities. You will also be involved in managing CICD pipelines, automating repetitive processes, and preparing performance metrics for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Support applications hosted in Azure Kubernetes cluster and On-Prem data center - Monitor application performance, build dashboards, and set up alerts - Coordinate with development teams for application deployment activities - Manage CICD pipelines and ensure their proper functioning - Automate repetitive processes and create automated pipelines for resource creation in Azure - Prepare performance metrics and share them with immediate manager and stakeholders - Troubleshoot Java and JavaScript based application issues - Utilize Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket - Work with Terraform, Linux, Windows, Python, Java / Groovy, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and more Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field - 5+ years of development experience - Extensive CI/CD development experience, preferably using Jenkins pipelines - AZ-104 Certification - Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues and working with various programming languages and DB platforms - Experience with tools like Dynatrace and Docker - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and data analysis skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment,
