Job Title: Despatch Supervisor

Salary: ₹21,000 per month
Location: Mookanoor
Gender: Male candidates only
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Industry: Rice Mill Industry (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily despatch operations of rice and by-products
• Ensure accurate loading, unloading, and dispatch as per invoices and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for timely dispatch
• Maintain despatch records, delivery challans, invoices, and stock movement registers
• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
• Handle driver coordination and resolve despatch-related issues
• Report daily despatch status to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Despatch Supervisor in a Rice Mill industry only
• Good knowledge of rice mill operations, packing, and dispatch processes
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing/despatch records preferred)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet delivery timelines
